Switch to a SALARY+ pay system i.e.: 1-5 years verifiable OTR experience $2,500.00 for up to 3,500 miles per week PLUS $50.00 per drop (all except first)-OVER 3500 miles earns an ADDITIONAL $.02 CPM for all logged miles that week.
6 years and up; again, must be verifiable OTR time $3,000.00 for 3,000-3,500 miles per week PLUS $50.00 per drop (all except first). OVER 3,500 miles earns an ADDITIONAL $.02 CPM for all logged miles that week.
High Mileage MONTHLY BONUS: $.005 CPM for ALL miles that month IF they reach or exceed 13,200 miles for the month (3,300 average weekly miles).

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year Verifiable OTR experience (there is not a realistic way around this due to our insurance policies)
- Verifiable Reefer Experience **could be waived for the right candidate if we have someone available at NST to train
- MVR MUST be CLEAN with no “at fault accidents”, no excessive speeding violations, etc. Remember, whatever CSA scores a driver has with their current company follows them to the next company.
- Must pass a drug test
- Must be able to understand, read, communicate in English.
