  • Detention Pay $30 per hour after FIRST TWO (MUST NOTIFY dispatch in real time AND MUST BE APPROVED BY CUSTOMER)
  • $0.62-$0.65 cents per mile to start (DOE) PLUS $50 stop pay for ALL stops EXCEPT FIRST (AVERAGE 4-6 drops per load)
  • Layover pay upon approval by dispatch/driver manager
  • Breakdown $135.00 PLUS lodging (breakdown ONLY) per day
  • First review at 6 months (possible increase) then annually thereafter
  • Paid holidays: New Years Day; July 4th; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; and 1 “float” day
  • PTO-Paid Time Off policy 40 hours after year 1; 80 hours after year 3

Requirements

  • 2 years CDL-A driving experience
  • Reefer experience preferred- We are 100% refrigerated carrier
  • Clean MVR (no accidents or major violations in previous 2 years)
  • Pass drug/alcohol screening-FMCSA Clearinghouse check
  • Background check
